軸(zhou)向柱塞(sai)泵是(shi)活(huo)塞(sai)或柱塞(sai)的(de)往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)方向與(yu)缸(gang)體(ti)中(zhong)心(xin)軸(zhou)平(ping)行的(de)柱塞(sai)泵。軸(zhou)向柱塞(sai)泵是(shi)利(li)用(yong)與(yu)傳動(dong)軸平(ping)行的(de)柱塞(sai)在(zai)柱塞(sai)孔內往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)所產生(sheng)的(de)容(rong)積變(bian)化(hua)來進(jin)行工作的(de)。由於(yu)柱塞(sai)和柱塞(sai)孔都是(shi)圓形(xing)零件,加工時可(ke)以(yi)達(da)到很(hen)高的(de)精(jing)度(du)配合,因(yin)此(ci)容(rong)積效(xiao)率(lv)高(gao),運(yun)轉(zhuan)平(ping)穩,流(liu)量(liang)均勻性好,噪(zao)聲(sheng)低,工作壓力高(gao)等優(you)點,但對(dui)液壓油的(de)汙染較(jiao)敏(min)感(gan),結(jie)構(gou)較(jiao)復(fu)雜(za),造(zao)價較(jiao)高(gao)。 2.直軸(zhou)斜盤(pan)式(shi)柱塞(sai)泵 直(zhi)軸斜盤(pan)式(shi)柱塞(sai)泵分(fen)為(wei)壓(ya)力(li)供(gong)油型的(de)自(zi)吸(xi)油型兩種(zhong)。壓(ya)力供(gong)油型液壓泵(beng)大(da)都采用(yong)有(you)氣(qi)壓的(de)油箱,也(ye)有液壓泵(beng)本(ben)身帶(dai)有(you)補油分泵向(xiang)液壓泵(beng)進(jin)油口(kou)提供(gong)壓(ya)力油的(de)。自(zi)吸(xi)油型液壓泵(beng)的(de)自(zi)吸(xi)油能(neng)力(li)很(hen)強,無需(xu)外(wai)力供(gong)油。靠氣(qi)壓供(gong)油的(de)液壓油箱,在(zai)每(mei)次啟(qi)動(dong)機器(qi)後,必須等液壓漬(zi)箱達(da)到使用(yong)氣(qi)壓後,才(cai)能(neng)操(cao)作(zuo)機械。如液壓油箱的(de)氣(qi)壓不(bu)足時就(jiu)擔任機器(qi),會(hui)對(dui)液壓泵(beng)內的(de)與(yu)滑鞭(bian)造(zao)成(cheng)拉脫現(xian)象(xiang),出會造(zao)成(cheng)泵(beng)體(ti)內回程(cheng)板(ban)與(yu)壓板(ban)的(de)非(fei)正常磨(mo)損。 3.液壓柱塞(sai)泵 徑(jing)向柱塞(sai)泵可(ke)分為(wei)閥(fa)配流(liu)與(yu)軸配流(liu)兩大(da)類。閥(fa)配流(liu)徑(jing)向柱塞(sai)泵存(cun)在(zai)故(gu)障率(lv)高(gao)、效率(lv)低等缺(que)點。上70、80年代(dai)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)軸(zhou)配流(liu)徑(jing)向柱塞(sai)泵克服了閥配流(liu)徑(jing)向柱塞(sai)泵的(de)不(bu)足(zu)。由於(yu)徑向(xiang)泵結(jie)構(gou)上(shang)的(de)特(te)點,陜定(ding)了軸配流(liu)徑(jing)向柱塞(sai)泵比(bi)軸向(xiang)柱塞(sai)泵耐(nai)沖擊(ji)、壽命(ming)長(chang)、控制(zhi)精(jing)度(du)高。變(bian)量行程短(duan)泵的(de)變(bian)量是(shi)在(zai)變(bian)量柱塞(sai)和限(xian)位柱塞(sai)作用(yong)下,改變(bian)定(ding)子(zi)的(de)偏心(xin)距實現(xian)的(de),而定(ding)於(yu)的(de)zui大(da)偏心(xin)距為(wei) 5—9mm(根據排量大(da)小(xiao)不(bu)同),變(bian)量行程很(hen)短(duan)。且(qie)變(bian)量機構設(she)計為(wei)高(gao)壓(ya)操(cao)縱(zong),由控制(zhi)閥進(jin)行控制(zhi)。故該(gai)泵的(de)響應(ying)速度(du)快(kuai)。徑向(xiang)結(jie)構(gou)設(she)計克服了如軸向(xiang)柱塞(sai)泵滑(hua)靴(xue)偏磨(mo)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。使其抗(kang)沖(chong)擊能(neng)力(li)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)提高(gao)。 VICKERS變(bian)量柱塞(sai)泵,可(ke)以串(chuan)聯齒輪泵(beng)。由齒(chi)輪泵(beng)與(yu)柱塞(sai)泵共(gong)同構(gou)成(cheng)的(de)油源系統(tong),可以(yi)控制(zhi)整體(ti)的(de)功率(lv)曲線,使得恒(heng)功率(lv)控制(zhi)不再局(ju)限於對(dui)單(dan)個(ge)油泵的(de)控制(zhi),而是(shi)整(zheng)個系統(tong)。
